Substitution Policy

Due to some various seasonal and regional conditions, availabilities of flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Therefore, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet. We will do our very best to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. The models of vases may also vary slightly, but may be substitute with another of equal or greater value.
