Delivery Policy
Orders must be received before 9:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery (holiday periods excluded). Same day orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. No deliveries Sunday and holidays. A delivery charge of $9.95 will be added to each order. Taxes will be added where applicable. Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge. Order status by email notification
You can follow your status of your online order in real time, we will keep you updated by email every step we take with your order. For example: Once we receive your online order, you will receive an email notification that "Your order is in process". Once the order is ready for delivery we will notify you by an email letting you know that "Your order is ready for delivery". Once your order has been delivered according by the delivery date & time slot you have selected, you will be notifed by email that "Your order has been delivered".
