Return & Refund Policy

At Bella Italia, we take great care in providing fresh, high-quality flowers and floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a clear issue with the quality of the flowers upon delivery or pickup.


Quality Concerns & Refund Eligibility

If you receive flowers that appear to be damaged or wilted upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sales@bellaitalia.ca with clear photos of the flowers. We will assess the issue and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.

However, we cannot issue refunds or replacements if the flowers deteriorate due to improper care. Examples include:

Flowers left in extreme temperatures (e.g., freezing cold or direct sunlight in a hot car).
Lack of proper hydration or care after pickup or delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.


Non-Returnable Items

Since flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns. Custom floral arrangements, wedding or event flowers, and special orders are also non-refundable once prepared.


Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can evaluate the issue and find a suitable solution.


Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. However, once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.
